Before starting the application process or setting an appointment to view property, there are NO EXCEPTIONS that an otherwise qualified tenant that will:

  • START LEASE WITHIN 2 WEEKS from initial showing.
  • Have verifiable income.
  • Unexpired ID.
  • Ability to place NON REFUNDABLE security deposit within 48 hours of acceptance.
  • NO EVICTIONS, NO UNDER-the-TABLE JOBS, NO FELONIES WITH IN THE LAST 5 YEARS.
  • Show proof of tenant insurance before keys are given or move in allowed.
  • Know we conduct a credit check, landlord and employment verifications, sex offender registry and background check.
  • Show proof utilities are in your name 2 days BEFORE move in/ keys given.

RENT/ LEASE TO OWN


  1. We connect landlords with tenants to assist in (optional) lease to own situations. Tenants oft may pick a “for sale” property, execute a rental agreement for that home, then we contact our list of investors to purchase it. You rent  and have an option to purchase.
  2. Get a referral from your current landlords and receive credit toward the eventual purchase of ANY property in Michigan.
